"John is a professional, in every sense of the word John's ability to do his job. He knows his business, and is an expert in his field. He inspected 2 homes for me, neither I bought based on what he found. John is not the cheapest home inspector, I'm sure there are cheaper, but none better. He uncovered $40K in damages to the house and found a defect that would have led to a house fire. Saved me another $50K on a house that looked good from a distance, but when he showed me up close, this house was a mess. John is worth every penny I spent on him. The best thing about his technique is that he takes 2 to 3 hours inspecting the home, then walks you through what he found. He is awesome! Oh, and he books up quickly. I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to use him again! "
